Short Parables. Real Discussion. Stronger Men.
ManTime exists to help Christian men become who God designed them to be.
This is more than another men’s Bible study. ManTime helps men build their identity on Jesus, apply God’s Word to real life, and grow in faith, character, brotherhood, and biblical manhood.
When a man builds his life on Christ, his choices begin to take shape around God’s truth instead of the pressure, distraction, and unhealthy patterns of the world. God’s Word gives him a foundation for wise decisions, and the Holy Spirit gives him the strength to live them out.
As men learn to align their choices with God’s will, their Christlike identity grows stronger. Their private life and public life begin to match. Their leadership becomes more servant-hearted. Destructive patterns begin to lose power. Their ability to love, lead, and relate to others becomes healthier and more effective.
ManTime helps men live up to the value God has already placed within them by becoming more grounded in Christ, more honest with themselves, and more intentional in the way they follow God with other men.
ManTime is a parable-based Christian men’s discipleship experience designed to help men think deeply, talk honestly, and apply biblical truth to everyday life.
Each modern-day ManTime parable is rooted in God’s Word and designed to help men discover truth they can personally apply. As men reflect on the parables, discuss them with their ManTime Team, and put what they learn into action, God continues shaping their identities and making them more complete in Him.
Men grow best when they are not walking alone. In a supportive brotherhood environment, men are free to be honest, ask better questions, share real struggles, and consider how God may be leading them. Through discussion, reflection, and the perspective of other men, each man can begin to see what God may want him to work on next.
Being in community helps men submit more fully to God’s plan, choose what is right, receive His forgiveness when they fall short, and get back up with faith to make the next right choice. As men help one another see where God’s Word applies to real life, their walks with Him becomes deeper, stronger, and more honest.
Together as a team, men encourage, challenge, and coach one another toward the godly growth and success God desires.
Our desire is for men to have fun, build stronger relationships with brothers they can do life with, and grow in their ability to apply God’s Word to the real situations they face.
As God makes a man’s identity more complete in Him, he becomes more willing to submit to God’s will. He no longer has to deny who he is, hide what he has done, or remain stuck in spiritually destructive choices that diminish the value God has placed within him. Instead, he learns to receive God’s love while honestly owning the sin, struggles, and patterns that interfere with God’s purpose for his life.
As men rely on God’s guidance, forgiveness, and strength, they learn to step out in faith and love others as Christ loves them. Their relationships with God and with others grow stronger as every part of who they are matures, works together, and becomes more fully surrendered to His will.
ManTime focuses on spiritual growth for men. That growth is seen in the way God shapes a man’s identity, guides his decisions, strengthens his relationships, and develops every part of how he relates to God, himself, and others.
Through ManTime, men grow in their ability to:
Men learn how to protect themselves in unhealthy environments while remaining teachable, non-defensive, adaptable, and open enough to build meaningful relationships.
Men recognize unresolved experiences and negative beliefs about themselves so these can be honestly examined, brought before God, and healed in light of His truth.
Men learn to identify core feelings such as excitement, love, happiness, fear, sadness, and anger while growing in emotional awareness, regulation, and self-control. As emotional maturity develops, they become better able to listen, understand, and respond well to others.
Men identify learned patterns, compulsive behaviors, and self-destructive choices that interfere with their walk with God, then begin replacing them with healthier, God-honoring responses.
Men become strong enough to endure the discomfort that often comes with growth as God stretches them, strengthens them, and develops new capabilities within them.
Men establish goals that align with their God-given gifts, strengthen their ability to adapt, and help them contribute to their families, churches, communities, and the lives of others.
Men learn to include God in the internal conversations happening within them. As they practice listening for His guidance, His voice becomes clearer among the thoughts, feelings, desires, and pressures influencing their choices.
Men submit sexual desires, addictive impulses, and unhealthy patterns to God’s design, allowing His guidance and strength to help them live in ways that honor Him and protect others.
Men practice their God-given strengths in ways that reflect Jesus as Lord and serve the needs of the people around them.
Men develop godly friendships, accountability, and brotherhood as walls come down and trust begins to grow.
Men own what needs to be confessed, receive God’s forgiveness, and develop Spirit-led strategies that help them avoid repeating the same failures.
Men identify practical next steps that help them become stronger husbands, fathers, friends, servant leaders, and examples in their communities.
Men internalize Scripture in a way that moves beyond willpower and desire, allowing God’s truth to shape how they actually live.
Men build decision-making patterns that align with God’s will and are grounded in biblical truth.
Men grow in their ability to love others as Christ loves them, so the character of Jesus is reflected in how they respond, lead, serve, and live.
