Shipping & Returns

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through https://mantime.men (the “Site”). It is incorporated into, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Use.

Shipping

• All orders that include a physical book/workbook ship out the following business day after the order is placed.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will ship the next business day.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
• We currently ship only within the United States. For order shipping to Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Digital content is delivered electronically and is available as soon as your purchase and account registration are complete; it is not subject to the shipping timelines above.

Returns

Physical books/workbooks. A workbook must be returned in its original packaging — unopened and undamaged — within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund on that item. All returned workbooks are subject to a processing fee equal to 20% of the item price, deducted from your refund.

Video series. Because streaming video content is made available immediately upon purchase, they are not eligible for refund once access has been granted, regardless of whether the content has been viewed.

Damaged or defective items. If your book/workbook arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery; the original-packaging and processing-fee terms above do not apply in this case.
