Ryan Bowman.

Ryan Bowman

Ryan Bowman is a husband and father of four who is passionate about serving others through faith, worship, and financial coaching.

A former Youth Pastor at Damaskus Road Community Church and a current worship drummer for South Lebanon Community Church, Ryan now works with businesses, individuals, and nonprofits to help people manage money God’s way and experience the freedom that comes from biblical financial principles.

Jon Brady.

Jon Brady

Jon Brady is pastor of Adult Discipleship at Calvary Church in Lancaster. He loves coming alongside people to help them identify and take their next spiritual step and influence the people around them to do the same thing.

Jon and his wife, Judi, have four adult children and one grandchild who cheer loyally for the Chicago Cubs together. He also serves in a leadership role with the Donegal Theater Community in his area.

Addison Clouser.

Addison Clouser

Addison Clouser currently serves as a pastor at Grace Baptist Church in Lewisberry, PA. He earned his B.S. in Pastoral Ministries from Clarks Summit University and his M.Div. from Lancaster Bible College. He has been married to his wife, Rachel, for a year and a half.

Outside of ministry, Addison enjoys playing drums, golfing, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. He is passionate about serving the Lord and helping others grow in their relationship with Christ.

Sam Edwards.

Sam Edwards

Sam Edwards is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College. Through his service as a youth minister and a teacher, he is passionate about investing in teens and young adults.

While building both callings, he seeks to serve the Lord wherever He leads. He resides in York County, Pennsylvania.

Silas Ernest.

Silas Ernest

Silas is a 10-year-old actor from Central Pennsylvania with experience in commercials, student films, and other small acting projects.

Curious, creative, and outgoing, Silas enjoys acting, listening to music, reading, drawing, and creating his own comic books.

When he isn’t performing, you can usually find him playing basketball, riding his bike, playing video games, spending time with his pets, or traveling and exploring new places with his family.

Silas especially enjoys opportunities that allow him to be imaginative, try something new, and bring a character or story to life.

Micah Freeman.

Micah Freeman

Micah Freeman is a therapist with Pennsylvania Counseling Services and the Director of Ministry for Servant’s Oasis.

He spends his free time enjoying his hobby of woodworking as well as continuing his education as he currently is working towards his Doctorate of Marriage and Family Therapy.

Micah is active in his church and stays steadily involved in youth ministry, men’s ministry, and enjoys singing on worship team.

Terry French.

Terry French

Terry French is blessed to be a father of three beautiful daughters and have a loving wife.

He thanks the Lord every day for giving him new life.

Ryan Geesaman.

Ryan Geesaman

Dr. Ryan A. Geesaman has been involved in media and technology since the 7th grade.

An award-winning film producer and editor, he now serves as an Academic Dean at Lancaster Bible College.

When not behind a camera or in front of a classroom, Ryan is a husband to Stacy, father to Ryker and Carter, avid film-watcher, and smoker of various meats.

Duane Goodling.

Rev. Duane Goodling

Duane Goodling is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God (AG) and Mission Director for Think Missions; an interdenominational agency focused on apostolic church planting.

Since leaving his corporate career in 2016, Duane has led mission teams to countries such as Cuba, Bolivia, Peru, India, and Nepal—training church planters, sharing the Gospel, and helping start new churches.

He also serves as Light for the Lost and 360Go Missions Coordinator for the AG Pennsylvania–Delaware Network Men’s Ministries. Duane and his wife, Beth, have been married since 1995 and have two sons, Chase and Nick.

Michael Jones.

Michael Jones

Michael Jones is a 60-year-old USMC veteran. He has been through various trials, but by the grace of God has come out better.

He works for a defense contractor and serves as a teacher of God’s Word at Lebanon County jail the second Sunday of every month.

Jeff Kemp.

Jeff Kemp

Jeff Kemp is a former NFL quarterback who played 11 seasons for the Rams, 49ers, Seahawks, and Eagles.

Today he’s a Soul Coach to CEOs and Fatherhood Ambassador for The Fatherhood CoMission. He leads MEN HUDDLE & CORE 3 COACHING to equip men to live from their identity as sons of God and build deep, life-giving friendships.

He’s authored Receive: The Way of Jesus for Men, Facing the Blitz, & the Level 5 Friendship Playbook. Jeff and his wife Stacy speak at FamilyLife marriage getaways and enjoy life with their four married sons and ten grandchildren.

Josh Lutz.

Josh Lutz

Josh Lutz was born in Florida but raised in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, where he lives with his wife, Tiffany, and their four children. Their busy household also includes four dogs, a cat, and about 30 goldfish. Josh graduated from Cedar Crest High School and the residential carpentry program at LCCTC and now serves as the Director of Facilities for Pennsylvania Counseling Services.

Over the years, Josh’s faith has become the foundation of his life. Through his work, family, and some difficult seasons—including a challenging church transition—God has softened his heart, opened his eyes, and taught him what it truly means to surrender and follow Him. That journey has led Josh to Servant’s Oasis and a deeper passion for serving others. He feels incredibly blessed to be part of what God is doing and is simply grateful for the opportunity to follow wherever He leads.

Dr. Joe Martin.

Dr. Joe Martin

Dr. Joe Martin is an award-winning international speaker, author, educator, and certified builder of men. He’s authored or co-authored nine books, including Are You the Man: 201 Lessons I Wish My Dad Would Have Taught Me; Man Accomplished: 50 Challenges to Help You Be the Man God Made You to Be; and Gifts & Handkerchiefs: A Lesson in Servant Leadership.

Dr. Martin has spoken for more than 750 businesses, organizations, churches, colleges & universities, and K-12 schools/districts, and he was voted “College Speaker of the Year” by the Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities. He’s also the host of “Real Men Connect,” the #1 top-rated podcast for Christian Men on Apple Podcasts that focuses on mentoring, training, and discipling men on how to be amazing husbands, awesome fathers, and extraordinary leaders.

Kevin Martin.

Kevin Martin

Kevin Martin is a bi-vocational pastor with a passion for helping people grow in their relationships with Jesus and others.

He has a heart for people to understand biblical truth, and to discover their purpose and calling, in the context of authentic Christian community. He and his wife Julia enjoy serving others and spending time with their six children.

He wants his life to be an encouragement to people to live out their faith in practical, everyday ways.

Len Pundt.

Len Pundt

A former Air Force officer and teacher, Len Pundt currently works for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and as a research consultant for the Philadelphia Water Department.

Married, with an adult son and daughter, he resides in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, where he is involved in lay ministry at a local church.

Vincent Russo.

Vincent Russo

Vincent Russo is a video editor/videographer at Pennsylvania Counseling Services. He graduated from Lancaster Bible College in 2025 with associate degrees in Media Arts and Biblical Studies.

Vincent spends his free time developing a new type of ministry designed to reach gamers. Outside of ministry, Vincent enjoys spending time with friends and loved ones, playing video and board games, and tinkering with tech.

Thom Scott.

Thom Scott

Thom Scott has been married to his wife, Jody, for 37 years, and together they have a wonderfully expanding family of six children, five bonus kids, and six grandchildren.

A husband, dad, mentor, and very happy “Pops,” Thom is passionate about helping people become who God created them to be and has learned firsthand that God often does His deepest work in the parts of our stories we never would have chosen.

Professionally, he has spent 40 years in marketing, advertising, communication, and leadership, and today serves as a professor at Lancaster Bible College and founder of Human First AI Solutions.

When he isn’t teaching, consulting, or speaking, you’ll likely find him with family, exploring a new beach, chasing a waterfall, or enjoying whatever adventure God puts around the next corner.

Gary Warner.

Gary Warner

Born into a family with parents who were heavily involved in Children’s Ministry, Gary Warner came to know Christ at an early age and has been a lifelong student of the Scriptures.

With degrees in Youth Ministry and Educational Administration from Pensacola Christian College, Gary has held leadership roles in multiple organizations for nearly 30 years.

Gary’s heart for teaching is useful at his local church where he finds joy in breaking down the truths of God’s Word to children in Awana, men in Men’s Ministry and adults in Sunday School Bible study.
