Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected when you use https://mantime.men (the “Service”), including when you register for an account, purchase a video series package, participate as a Group Leader or Participant, order physical workbooks, or apply to or take part in our affiliate program. This Policy describes how ManTime (“ManTime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal data, and the choices you have with respect to that data.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Data You Provide

When you create an account, purchase a membership or product, or otherwise interact with the Service, we may collect:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Billing and shipping address (street, city, state, ZIP/postal code)
  • Account credentials (username and password)
  • Group or ministry affiliation, and role (Group Leader, Participant, Head Coach, or Table Coach)
  • Order history, membership level, and subscription/billing status
  • Any information you submit through forms, homework dashboards, or correspondence with us

Payment Information

Purchases on the Service are processed through Braintree, a service of PayPal, Inc. When you make a purchase, your payment card or PayPal account details are entered directly into Braintree’s secure payment fields and are transmitted to Braintree, not stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of your transaction, the last four digits of your payment method where applicable, and your billing address, but we do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Braintree’s use of your information is governed by PayPal’s own privacy policy.

Group Leader and Participant Data

ManTime’s membership structure involves Group Leaders who purchase video series packages, and Participants who join a group to access homework and course materials. When a Group Leader creates a group, they may invite Participants by sharing a unique registration link. Participants who follow that link create their own free sub-account by entering their own personal information directly and accepting this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service themselves. We do not collect a Participant’s personal data from the Group Leader; it is provided by the Participant directly to us.

Group Leaders can see limited information about the Participants in their group (such as name and homework completion/progress) as part of the group management features of the Service. Group Leaders are responsible for using this information appropriately and consistent with the purpose of the group.

Usage Data

We may collect information about how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service and to track activity on it. Cookies are small files containing a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Examples of cookies we use:

  • Session Cookies — to operate the Service (e.g., keep you logged in, maintain your cart)
  • Preference Cookies — to remember your settings and preferences
  • Security Cookies — for security purposes
  • Affiliate Tracking Cookies — to attribute a purchase to the affiliate or referral link that brought you to the Service

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you do not accept cookies, some portions of the Service, including checkout and affiliate tracking, may not function properly.

2. How We Use Your Data

ManTime uses the data we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account and membership
  • Process purchases, memberships, and physical workbook orders, and fulfill and ship those orders
  • Provide access to purchased video series content and the homework dashboard
  • Administer the Group Leader / Participant structure, including group creation and management
  • Communicate with you about your account, orders, and the Service, including via Mailchimp for transactional and marketing email (see Section 6)
  • Operate and pay out our affiliate program
  • Provide customer care and support
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve the Service, and detect and prevent technical issues or fraud
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations, including recordkeeping for sales and, where applicable, affiliate payouts

If you opt in to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in those emails. You will still receive transactional emails related to your account, orders, or membership even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications.

3. Physical Product Fulfillment

Group Leader packages include a physical workbook shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). To fulfill your order, we share your name and shipping address with USPS and with any shipping software we use to generate labels and tracking. We do not currently ship outside the United States; the Service is intended for customers and shipping addresses within the United States.

4. Affiliate Program

If you participate in our affiliate program, we collect the information necessary to track referrals and pay commissions, which may include your name, email address, payment or tax information (such as a completed Form W-9 for U.S. affiliates), and referral/click activity associated with your unique affiliate link or code. This information is used solely to administer the affiliate program, calculate and issue payouts, and comply with applicable tax reporting requirements.

5. Disclosure of Data

Service Providers

We share personal data with third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, including:

  • WooCommerce / WordPress hosting provider — to operate the Service and process orders
  • Braintree (PayPal) — to process payments
  • Paid Memberships Pro — to manage membership levels, billing status, and group accounts
  • United States Postal Service (USPS) — to ship physical workbooks
  • Mailchimp — to send transactional and marketing email
  • Google Analytics — to analyze use of the Service (see Section 7)

These providers have access to your personal data only as needed to perform their functions on our behalf, and are contractually or otherwise obligated not to use it for other purposes.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your personal data if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation; protect and defend the rights or property of ManTime; prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service; protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public; or protect against legal liability.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

ManTime does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.

6. Email Communications

We use Mailchimp to send account, order, and membership-related transactional emails, as well as marketing communications you opt into. Mailchimp processes your email address and related engagement data (such as opens and clicks) on our behalf. You can review Mailchimp’s own privacy practices at their website, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

7. Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service, to monitor and analyze use of the Service. Google Analytics collects data such as how often users visit the Service, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Service. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For more information on Google’s privacy practices, visit https://policies.google.com/privacy.

8. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data, including relying on PCI-compliant processors such as Braintree for payment information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order and payment records may be retained longer than account data to meet recordkeeping obligations.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses of it. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 14, and we will respond consistent with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some information may be retained where required by law (for example, completed order and tax records).

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us using the information in Section 14.

12. Links to Other Sites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Effective date” above, and, where required, by additional notice such as email. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for changes; changes are effective when posted on this page.
