Every ManTime meeting begins with a short, professionally produced video parable. Instead of immediately telling the group what it means, the Head Coach invites the men to interpret it together. They may agree, disagree, challenge one another, or notice details someone else missed—and that is where the connection begins.
After the men have explored their own interpretations, the intended meaning of the parable is revealed. The group then moves into a guided discussion that connects the story to Scripture, personal priorities, relationships, perseverance, emotional health, spiritual maturity, and the everyday challenges men face.
